I already tried it many times but I can't get through with this online transaction. I'm about to pay my internet provider online but the transaction always being failed. I have already called the credit card company just to tell them the problem I encounter and they advised me to try it again. This is the easiest way for me to pay for now and I can't go out so easily because I'm taking care of my grandson. I know there is a risk in making online transaction but this is the only way I can do it for now. Normally I go to their center to pay. Do you encounter such problem when making online payment?

So I would call the internet provider and tell them you are having trouble, that you did call your credit card company and isn't them. Have them do it at their end and be sure they don't charge you for it. I would state at the end of the conversation that you want to be assured that you won't be charged for this because it wasn't your fault.

aww, its sad to experience that especially online transaction failures. you'll never know if you have been already debited or the transaction really didnt go on. Always, always check your balances, from time to time. :)

So far, not yet... and I hope it will not happen to specially when I am in rush though we cannot avoid such kind of scenario.. that is normal but scary specially when you have a due date .

I have had issues like this before, I had elft it a few days and tried. It eventually went through, I would call the provider and tell them the issues, if its due now.

Yes, sometimes I encounter technical problems like this. That is why I try to do my online payments at least a week or 5 days before its due date. That way, I still have enough time to check and correct whatever issues I may encounter during the payment process. We really cannot do something about it especially when it just happened that the site is doing some maintenance. Sometimes, I will do this through phone but of course if I can wait, I would rather do it through online.

I would get very frustrated with this as well. I've dont think i've had an online payment refused - however i do mine through my bank account and not via credit card. I know of people who have had online transactions go missing - left their account with no record of the transaction and never arrived at the destination.

Luckily, most of the companies that I have to deal with have a way of making payments online that is really easy to deal with and I've never had a problem with any of the payments that I've made online except for the one time that I accidentally scheduled a payment for the wrong date. However, what really drives me nuts is that our water company does not have a way that you are able to make payments online and it drives me insane.

Hi lynboobsy11. I haven't encounter online payment but I tried online transaction through electronic load. Problem might be cause of several reasons. Since you contacted the credit card provider, it's either because of internet connection issue or the payment system of the internet provider already. I say internet connection because some times, doing transaction in the internet, it takes a little process such as verifying and initializing, and others causing to failed if it's unsuccessful. Or on the system itself of the site where you transact, because of the heavy traffic, that's one of the reasons too. You can try to contact their support and consult your concern and sure enough they will give you some steps too.

I think your right markIT maybe because of the traffic that's why it's getting failed. Maybe I really should go to the center to pay.
