I just heard from a radio that police will straight to driver now if you don't have a license to drive, then you will charge fine as much as Rp. 1.000.000 if you don't wear helmet, you will charge Rp.250.000 and the most interesting, if you use mobile phone while driving then you will charge about Rp.1.000.000 what your say?

I believe it would be the maximum fine. While in the reality, the fine would be a lot less than that. Also consider the bribe practices that still happens a lot on Indonesia

. The law enforcement is still far from ideal on Indonesia..

Yes it is true that big fines that are written in the law but in reality the fines are not out of it even many times smaller. Why is that? because we got pulled over by the police, the police usually always mention fines on the mistakes we did, but if we could talk and a little bid penalties we should spend would not be that big. So it was just a formality to me.

Yes it is true that big fines that are written in the law but in reality it does not face that came out of that even many times smaller. Why is that? because we are ticketed by the police, the police are usually nominal always mention about the mistakes we did, but if we could talk and a little bid keluarkanpun nominal we should not be that big. So it was just a formality to me.
