how did the scientist find it? what is the real story behind it? cause I had read that the scientist still guessing for what had happened there do you have any story that I have not read before ?

Machhu Picchu is thought to be a ceremonial site. It was built in 1405 and the only reason it was not destroyed by the Spanish was that they didn't find it. The site was rediscovered the early 1900s. However it was not excavated by an archaeological team for another 10 or so years later and it took another 70 years for it to be deemed a historical site.

so the archeologist didn't dig it they just discovered like the way it was? is there any body of the Inca that they found?

No they didn't. It is a HUGE stone, flat top, pyramid. The structure was visible, but over grown from the jungle. I believe they have excavated Incan bones and artifacts from the site.
