I think I need to relax.

I don't know what is happening to me my mind is exhausted from thinking of things that I can't figure out. Is this a sign of aging something about hormonal problems? I'm not depressed but I felt lonely, my grandson is with me that can make me smile but still there is something on me that I can't explain and describe. I plan to do the laundry but when I started to sort out my laundry I stop and put back the clothes on the rack. Right now I'm just pushing myself to be here because I felt more peaceful reading and answering back and fort to some discussion that I can relate. I hope I will be better tomorrow. I hate the feeling like this.

Maybe you are in a rut or burnt out. Meditation sometimes will help. Clear your mind and see what comes forth.

Sound like someone needs some unwinding to do.... Don't push yourself too hard in doing things. You need to be recharged. You obviously feel a bit drained. Why not pamper yourself and go to a Day Spa. I am sure you will feel so much better after.

There are times I feel like that too....and I can't figure out what's wrong. Usually I am over tired and can't cope with all that is going on...sometimes I am lonely for my daughters.....I don't gt to see them often and a call will sometimes get me past those feelings....I do hope you feel better tomorrow too! A new day...a new beginning.

So far so good Jill I woke up early and have a nice breakfast with my grandson. I think we have the same thinking about our daughters since where being alone. I hope we can survive this kind of feeling every time it attack us. Have a nice day.

So far so good I went to the city yesterday and bring back my grandson to my daughter I just go home today I tired but I enjoyed the day trip away from home.

I think, you better go to church and do some prayers. Maybe , you just need God's presence in you. It is better also to go out and look someone to talk with. I think you just need a companion to entertain you. Or you just missed your hubby, I guess.

hey there lynboobsy11...!! well i guess most of us go through this phase one time or the other there a number of possible ways this could be happening. 1. maybe something wrong with your health like insufficient vitamins or some essential minerals making to just want to sit down all day long 2. this maybe an intution, your sub concious mind trying to tell you something try figuring it by meditation or a walk down a calm road all alone. 3. maybe you were working an a certain routine and your mind is now deciding to crave for a vacation. what ever be the case, do not try to repel this situation. stay calm and believe things will some get back to normal. have a good day... :)

I think it is good to relax and take a break occasionally. I think most probably you must have exhausted thinking of things. I think it is good to meditate and keep your mind calm when you feel tired. I hope you feel better.

I have practised zazen (Zen meditation) for the past 30 years or so and have also been a therapist (now semi-retired). Meditation is a great process to discover more about the roots of any problem and I would suggest finding a meditation class near to where you live. It may feel like a challenge at first, because of the mental discipline involved, but it is well worth it, once you get into it. _Derek

I am asked to give out a design in several weeks, while I still do not have a good idea about it. I have thought it over and over again, even during my sleep. I feel tired about the situation, now I try to forget it and do something interesting this weekend. Maybe the creative ideas will come out after the relax.

Just relax for awhile and recharge your mind. Maybe you are under stress or thinking anything that add up your mind. It happened to me sometimes but after few hours of sleep or relax, my energy again increase

If this is something that is a sign of aging, I guess I am definitely aging prematurely because this is actually something that I go through on a fairly regular basis. Instead, I think that the reason that we go through this is because of some degree of depression that we might be experiencing and also because of our busy lives in general. I do think that there are some times that we need to take a break from everything that is going on in our lives.

Maybe your just exhausted especially now that you are with your grandchild. Taking care of a baby is a 24/7 job especially that young. It's good that there's mylot to ease your tiredness. Practice deep breathing exercise or take a nap if you feel sleepy to recharge. I just hope you'll feel better tomorrow.

Yes, you need to relax. Go somewhere peaceful where you can relax and forget all your problems or whatever you are thinking right now even just a day or two. Much better if you'll do it for a week.

Sometimes when we think too much. something starts to trouble and burden our mind. When that happens, we will have this strange feeling of displacement. As if something is not right around us. As if there is something that you can do to make things right. Yet you just cannot identify what actually went wrong. Sometimes I do have such feelings too. You have to do something that makes you happy and perhaps find someone to do it with in order to share such happiness.

I wonder if you are burnt out or in a rut. I know I had been so busy with my schooling and just finised my final course a couple of weeks ago. I am now trying to get into cleaning the house and reorganizing my craft area, but have not done much. I think that this weekend I will get it done. Tomorrow I am going to see my parents and on Sunday I get to do my grocery shopping. The only thing that has been great so far is that I am taking classes in sewing, jewelry making and this week I was able to find a quilting class. It is great taking classes where I can have fun and do not have to worry about grades. I really hope you feel better soon.

That is a natural feeling. I too do feel downtime moment. I hate the feeling being lonely too. It just happens or it just struck. Sometimes, I feel that when I am in the middle of something and having fun. I suggest that you take a moment to relax or divert your attention to something even for just a couple of minutes.

May be you need refreshing your mind. Take time and go for short trip to some interesting places and forget all the routine just having fun and feel like you are still in you childhood time when time means playing with all friends for hours Hope you will get relax
