Allot of loyal members have left mylot recently.

i too noticed that.I thought because of more members i can't able to find them.Its really sad that they are leaving.Hope the new tabs and upgrade makes mylot interesting and hence invite them to participate more.

well yes specially those who are the first thousand to be here at mylot. i also quite find it annoying this discussions being repeated everyday not unlike the first time for me here when at least one should use some brain muscle to come up with a post or answers. now you answer a new discussion which most are 'you think i am sexy' type of discussion and after one hour you will notice another new discussion which is exactly the same as the one you just answered to an hour ago. man... greetings. : )

Personally I've been having trouble finding anything to reply to lately. I'm tired of seeing "what color are your eyes" "what's you favorite flower", etc. over and over again. MyLot posted the guidelines. Why won't they inforce them now? That's my biggest beef with them. I think we'd all be making more money if it weren't being paid out to people making all of these posts that are against guidelines. Can I ask what the other forum is that you are posting to?

I don't know about anyone else, but I've had a lot going on in my life the past few weeks. We went out of town to my granddaughter's engagement party, my office moved to a new location and I've put more time in at work, and now here come the holidays. Just not enough time to do it all is my problem. And you're right about so many postings being the about the same.

i even i see the same payment have decreased and members have increased and most of the discussion are useless. i think mylot should maintain quality not quantity...

I thought I log on to the site at the wrong time. So you think people have left myLot? I am sad to think that.

perhaps the topics have gotten quite bad too. or that the good topics are just so hard to retrieve...

Like you mate. You one of my faves and you have dwindled off into the distance taking your interesting and informative discussions and posts along with you. I miss all you guys, which is why I too am leaving. I keep lurking in the background ready to pounce on any good topic and hoping to find my fave members popping up here and there again... I wish mylot had stayed the same. Jolly good for them they have so many usrs now but I know I'd rather have 1000 quality posters that 40,000 spammers, which is what they are now stuck with. Drop us a line soemtime if you get this. :D

Oh, is that right?? I stopped logging in for 2 days & have just returned. I guess if the traffic increases but the quality declines, the older members who joined, many to participate in real discussion will get bored and leave...

all the smart people are leaving! lol!...god mylot was a lot better when i first joined, a new member's first post today was,'me or u'...i just told them it was stupid! now i'm only going to reply to good topics...whenever i find them.

I thought I noticed that, but I am really new here. I try to post some thoughtful answers, and some new discussions that require thought, but they do not really take off. I will probably continue to post some, but will investigate other things. I have been pleased with the people who have asked to be my friends, I am flattered.

I haven't been on as much as I used too. I was getting bored, it was getting tough weeding thru all the nonsense that is posted. Now with the new changes that helps alot to find something interesting to make a comment about.

It's a shame if a lot of people are leaving, I hadn't noticed. I wouldn't be suprised if people did leave because of the spam though, there is a lot of it going around.

I stopped for a while because i got too busy, i had way to many other things going on, and the computer was the last thing i had any time for.

My response is to remain active here along with figuring out ways to keep my discussions going. I will be returning within the next few hours with a helpful idea, so hang in there. There WILL be times when my posting slows down, because I'll have my focus elsewhere. However, I find this to be a great site, so I'll keep on returning.

You know what, I can't really blame them. It's true, plenty of pointless and sometimes stupid topics are abound. Members just posts just for the heck/points of it. Sometimes even if you post a lengthy and fruitful message, whether a new discussion or a response, the pay isn't that significant. I have also experienced not earning any cents for my 1 day posting of images. :( This is just a wishful thinking but perhaps mylot should be more rewarding to members.

I am not sure, but I have heard the more your rating gos up the more the pop ups go up. I hope it is not true. Cheers. Happy mylotting.
