What is there to be learned from this? I will tell you.
Babies often develop rashes and fevers, especially when teething. These rashes may sometimes resemble 'writing' or familiar shapes.
Stories like this are very common and are often taken up by the media, especially if they seem to 'prove' something about a religion. There is a huge temptation for people to 'cash in' on the publicity and to artificially produce more 'signs' once the first (possibly genuine) one has attracted attention.
I'm afraid that this story is no different from hundreds of other 'miracle' stories. It is a fake and a hoax and, unfortunately, many ignorant and gullible people have been taken in by it because they WANT to believe it.
So what should a truly god-fearing person understand by this? That Satan walks abroad in this world and seeks to confuse and hoodwink people into believing things that take their minds away from the REAL will and purpose of God.

I challenge you to come to Russia and see the kid and the whole story about the kid, the reporter who had publish this whether this is a hoax or fake
and how do you know that this is a hoax?
