Twinkies are back!

Just saw that the iconic Hostess brand will be back on the shelves around summer. http://www.chicagotribune.com/business/breaking/chi-new-hostess-owner-eyes-twinkies-summer-return-20130312,0,704303.story So does this news devalue the people who are trying to tell them for insane amounts on ebay? I really don't care either way to be honest the store brands are just fine. Though someone said that to make a "twinkie cake" you need the authentic one.... again store brand is just fine. But for those who like them congrats for them being back on the market. I myself prefer zingers when it comes to junk food snack cakes.

I haven't had a Twinkie in years, but for those who like them, it's good news.
As to whether this will devalue the people selling them for high prices, I don't think so. This will be "Twinkies" but it's not the same as when Hostess produced them.
I prefer Pepperidge Farms frozen cakes myself!

I like Twinkies but I love Zingers too. I love the ones with the red coconut on them. So good!

i haven't really liked twinkies in years..they changed something about them.
the creme i think.tasted different.
now,drake's cakes on the other hand..that i'd miss.those were awesome,even tho they started making them smaller.

It's not something I have too often.. as far as junk food goes any sort of Twinkie type thing is pretty low on my list.

Snuggle I hope that you are fine. I don´t know zingers, but I do know twinkies. I haven´t eaten a twinkie maybe in seven years. I just enjoy junk food when kids are having some.

Sadly, I could care less one way or another....BUT
The owner of our local Hardware Store )only one on this Island) is absolutely, positively, unequivokly, hooked on these things! Lives, breathes each day for his "Twinky" fix! See, I don't even spell it right! Anyway, we watched him go into depression, as Twinkies disappeared off the market!
I will make his day...today, as I have to visit the Hardware Store...and with me, I will take the link that you have provided so he can see for himself..HE CAN HAVE HIS FIX AGAIN! Thanks for sharing...Wahoo, now I will be in good stead with Stephen (that's his name)...might even get a discount!

twinkies , this summer it would be fun, infact all the summer goes good with twinkies best snack food to have . zingers is always prefered certainly best cakes..
