This is by request of MyLot friends 
Here's the first clip I want to share with dear MyLotters.
One of the Flower Festival in Baguio City Philippines highlight is the Muscle Showdown.
I am lucky to witness the event up close and personal coz the event organizer happens to be my dear cousin.
I am able to take pictures, chat and interview some of the biggest participants especially the Open Weight Division.
Most participants for the Open Weight Division are title holder and competing for Bodybuilder both local and international.
My first time to see real muscles and abs 
But I like the "back lat spread" flex - woooooo looks like a cobra.

No...I stayed back door
You can't imagine how those big guys move... hahahaha
They're like zombies- they can't walk that fast because they're on diet.
Huh....3 months before the competition they're eating very less and exercising regularly- you can just imagine how weak they are.
They might fall on you once they feel dizzy due to hunger

Uhmn...just my luck (as I always say/wrote)
The competition is open for public (it's free) held at Baguio Convention Center.
The only consolation is...we're sitting at the front row plus my access to the participants dressing room

I was shocked when I opened up the photo attached on the first commment. Lol! What a body! Kinda scary - sorry 
I really feel a bit scared seeing big muscles such as those. But wanted to congratulate you to finally see real abs and muscles up close and personal

Oh uh, they are not scary my dear -hahaha.
Honestly I feel the same way too the moment I entered the dressing room.
My brother left me there with all the hunks around (hahahaa)
My brother laugh when I say "I am safe here"
He said...yes you are safe- but I doubt of those guys are safe with you 
They are harmless- because they're still on diet so they're actually very weak and can't even walk fast.
Have a great day my dear and uhmn...next time make sure to visit Baguio..I can be your tour guide (yeeeyyyyyyy)

Why haven't you told me that there be such an event there? I should have seen those what do you call those again? muscles. okay muscles.
I've seen the picture and yeah I haven't seen events like this in real life. My parents are strict, he he.

But what can I do, my cousin a former Mr.Philippines and Mr.Asia Bodybuilder happens to be the organizer of the this event.
My brother is one of the event official and my bro in law former 2x Mr.Baguio Bodybuilder is one of the participants
So, you may assume that my father is one of their avid fans and fans club president too

Your vacation must be enjoyable as you have seen the flower festival. And muscle showdown show. It is different type of show in which your cousin have participated. I haven't seen muscles showdown show. It must be very enjoying experience for you.

It's the same competition my friend.
My cousin - a former Mr.Philippines also compete for the same competition.
Mr.Philippines is also a Muscle Showdown competition.
That was really exciting experience for me...

Showing off muscles was once I was proud of. That"s many years ago when I was still in senior high school. When you mentioned about it suddenly I remember the competition I went for. Hmm I just wish I could come back to it again.

Wow, so you were able to see a live Muscle showdown, jaiho. I have never seen one in my entire life, not even on TV because i am not interested.
But anyway, it's nice that during your vacation you really did a lot of activities. I guess, you are now so much invigorated.

It's not my kind of show- but I took the opportunity coz my cousin (former Mr.Philippines) invited me.

I only have seen once in my whole life, a body builders competition. It was held in one of the malls here in Davao, and I happen to pass by.
But that was not my first time to see men with muscles. My mom's house is near a fitness gym, and the owner is one of the active participants of body building. So his colleagues get to stay and workout in his gym. So everytime I go out to our nearby market, I can pass there and see them. I am amused of their bodies, but I really never dreamed of having a boyfriend with that kind of body. I felt like I can be punched or physically abused anytime. But of course I know they are not like that...

Actually bodybuilders are well disciplined.
And I can assure you they won't hurt.
The kind of discipline they're under taking is so amazing- I knew it coz I have seen with my family members who are bodybuilders competitors.
They're kind of discipline when it comes to foods and of course they need to change their attitude and behavior as well.

Hi ! Wow Jai , up close and personal you have seen those muscles ? Yay ! am afraid to look at those muscles . I don't find it nice and they are wearing that sexy thing down ? Hahaha don't like to see also that one. I am really childish and weird. I prefer to see beauty queen's pageant.

Those thing/s are also available on the net (muscles/abs etc -hehehe)
Yes, it's different in real- but nothing to shy off.
You see- the usherette are young ladies.
