Do You Sleep Enough Everyday

Hello friends! Do you sleep properly everyday or you are not able to sleep properly because of high speed of your life. As In todays nobody is satisfy with his/her life and becasue of that all of us not able to take proper sleep. But it is very important for all of us to sleep properly. and if we want to be healthy always then we must sleep minimum for 8 hours

i am far from getting 8 hours of sleep every night. i wake up many times through out a night. there are some times that i do get more than 8 but that is after i havent had much sleep at all i and i pretty much hit the exhauston point where i just have to sleep and try to catch up on some sleep. i have a busy life and it doesnt really let me get the sleep i need even if i wanted to....

im not really sure if it is because i am busy or that my mind just doesnt know how to rest lol or if it is something they call "sleep apnia (spelt wrong)" its actually where you stop breathing at night and wake up some in my family have it bad so i guess that could also be the case. they also have restless sleep. not sure if it is heretitary but if it is that might be why i dont sleep much at all.

i would suggest you have meditation for 1 hours, your battery will charge full and i am sure you will full energy to go for

I sleep about 8 hours a day but I don't think they are good ones. I dream every day and a lot of them are tense, dealing with challengs, escaping from somewhere. So I'm not sure that it's the length that only matters.

Hmmmm it is really not enough when we are facing a lot of prolem. In todays the life is busy and we have lot of tense but we try to make us tense free and should not take so much tense.

I'm trying to sleep for about 7 hours everyday, i feel sick when i sleep less than 7 hours. Good for me i was able to manage my work time and my rest time, we must consider our health above all things, because if we are sick, we can not work anymore, and if this happens, many are affected, not only you but you're family also.

i usually sleep 8 hours and when less i am so not energy to work too

It is no doubt that our sleeping habit is going to affect our health. That is why we have to get just the right amount of sleeping hours and also at the right hours. It is generally advised to have sleeping hours of minimum 6 to 8 hours a day. I would recommend sleeping as late as 11pm as after that our body will be repairing the damages we had suffered the whole day and refreshes everything for a new day. Beware not to sleep too long as it will shortens your life span.

i usually sleep about 8 hours but it is not enough for me, in sunday i would sleep for 10 hours to replace. my work is really stress coz my boss is my brother and that is suck.

Hi koon! Really it may be less when we work a lot but i think 8 hour is enough but we we do hard work sometimes a also sleep more then 10 hours but sometimes only for 6 hours because of my busy schedule.
