Have you ever received or given any strange gifts?

No, I don't think so. I am sure that I didn't given to anybody. If so, it must have on April 1, the April food day. But nothing in these days!

On my 16th birthday my friend gave me a paper mached poop. She brought it from blue magic. It is the gift that really stand out among all the gifts that had given to me.

i gave my husband flowers once. i don't know if that would be considered a strange gift to give, but i thought it would be different.

The strangest thing I have received was a hair clip. It was kind of dirty and partly damaged and I looked at my ex-boyfriend who had given it to me and he said: "I found it in on the sidewalk and I picked it up. I thought that you would like it" I thought that it was a joke, but he was serious and he had decided to give me that hair clip instead of buying a hairclip in a shop because he wanted to save money! I don't think that I have given some really strange gifts to other people, but I sometimes give things that are meant as a joke if I know that the person has a sense of humour. Sometimes I give them the gift that is meant as a joke first and then I give them the real gift that I have hidden

Not really, because no one I know likes strange gifts, and it would be a waste of my hard earned money to do something like that! On the other hand, if someone actually wanted something real strange, and it was affordable, then I might buy it for that person - only because it's genuinely desired. Generally, I don't like occasions where I get gifts because often, I never really get what I like or could use. It's difficult to be polite about receiving something that is not what I can use or want. Other times, I get some things I want, but not quite. Like over the holidays, when my daughter got me some dvd sets I had been wanting. That was nice,but I would have preferred one less dvd set and one book I really wanted to read! Oh well - can't have it all, eh?

I have never given a strange gift. I always go for the safest gift idea, or something that I would like myself so if the person doesn't want it, I would gladly take it back, haha! But so far, nobody has returned any gifts to me. Or even if they want to, it never reached my knowledge. But I think the strangest gift that I have ever received is a coupon for men's underwear. I mean come on! I don't look like a guy!

Friendship over if i would be given a cockroach by a friend. =( I would really not forgive him because he knows that i do not like roaches and that i am so very afraid of it so i would not appreciate it. I am glad that people haven't given me such strange gifts and had never pulled any pranks on me.

No I don't think so although a strange gift is also what I consider as it. I find it strange if someone gives me flowers, deo, parfume, chocolates, jewelry, etc... Why? Because this all shows they don't know me for real. If you know me you would know I am not interested in it at all. You can give me a snake or frog or whatever but not the kind of gifts most people seem to see as a great gift.
