Have you seen jab we met and kal ho na ho. Perhaps you have watched that movie in English. I don't know whether English translation of these films were made or not.

yeah my mum is a fan of Amitabh i watched almost all of his movies when i was young though honestly i prefer the new movies more than the old ones

India is basically a big country having different cultures and traditions at the distance of few kilometers. People speak different languages but they are still united and makes one nation. There are lots of beautiful places which one can see in India. Compared to European countries the cost of living is not high so one can plan of visiting India in low budget.

I don`t like at all the wording "third world countries". It is peyorative and in many cases completly false. India has a lot of problems from what I have heard, because it has a big population. Yet it is also a rich country.

Thats kind of true, everything is cheap in third world countries, I'm not indian but my country isn't rich either, its so easy to get labor.

Foreigners love Indian cuisine very much. A lot of foreigner love bhindi ki sabzi. Bhangra dance is liked by all and Indian attire. Every thing in India is very eye catchy.

I read all the responses given by mylot friends. I am Indian and I proud to be Indian. Many foreigners have some misunderstandings in their mind for India and some foreigners love Indian culture. India has integrity in diversity. It has also beautiful nature and people in India welcome everyone warmly.

I'm not sure about this theory but, it seems like a lot of people dont like Indians very much. Dont get me wrong, i like Indians. I'm not really sure but they have their reasons as to why that is. People vary.

India is one of the nations with most foreign tourists in the world. I don't know whether they like Indian's or not. But there are so many places in India attracted by these travelers and visitors. "Taj Mahal" one among the 7 wonders in the world itself is great attraction of tourists all over the world.

India means to me a lot of things all mixed together. To begin with, I sense that it is there where civilization as we know it began. THen I remember the 2 sacred books (don`t know how to spell them). I think of the Taj Mahal. I imagine the riches and the poverty. I love the dress of their women. and I`m slowly learning some indian dishes since I have been here at mylot.
