About an American student in France who is a "film buff" who meets twins Theo and Isabella who are also "film buffs" and they become friends and everything. I did not really get the point of this film, i was expecting something to happen other than the 3 playing "what movie is this scene from game". I didn't really get anything from the movie and the ending was totally hanging too.

After watching this a long time ago, it really made me think what it was all about. I think it was about the apathy of this set of people to what is happening in the world. The setting for the film is Paris in 1968, a time of students and workers strikes.

Yes, there was definitely a lot of rallies and protests.. I agree, it might be abut that, they were quite away from others, isolated, and had their own world.. But then Theo was kind of active in school- not so sure.

What a waste of time, huh? Was it all just a dream maybe? It sounds like the sort of dreams people have. Makes little sense and ends suddenly.

Nah, i don't think it was a dream.. Although at first it was narrated by the American guy, later n he did not really explain what happened in the end... The story just happened for a few days..or 2 weeks a tops..not very much happening.
