my daughter and I just finished our easter egg hunt. this year was great, because we are in our own home doing it. i put eggs all in the house and in the back yard. i not only did eggs, i did candy, fruit, and little dollar store toys. she is back in her room going through her spoils now. it was really fun for her. my son even hunted some, even though he is a teenager. lol. later we will have a special dinner. not bad for people who don't celebrate easter, huh? well, no matter i did it this year because the kids wanted to. how is your easter going?

We don't celebrate it either. My daughter enjoys making the Easter eggs and I like eating the deviled eggs she makes out of some of them after the hunt. She and my grandson(he's 10)enjoy this so they get several dozen eggs dyed. It's a fun change from the routine. And we had a great dinner. My favorite. Pork steaks, baked potato and ice cream.
