What are the precautions to write cine lyrics for the best way?.....

My brother is doing his graduation in arts group.
He is very interested in writing stories, poems etc..
He want to become a good writer and also he wants to settle in the field of movie industry.
Few months back he introduced himself with a famous cine producer to get an entry in the field.
The producer encouraged him and given a strong word to help in future.
Now he started writing cine songs as a trial...
What he has to do become a good cine lyric writer?....

I love to write songs and lyrics to songs. just sometimes if you are not careful others take it and make it theirs...I find the best in writing is just be yourself and walks and thoughts just come and those are the best...write them down and having the want to.. I like to write stories also but I never tried to sell them yet..

In writing a song you must have to relate it to what is life in the present and in the future. You must always include others feeling by way of giving important of what is the effect of what is happening and how will you relate it in a song.
