i have been here for less than a month and yes, i've been offended by some comments. we cannot please everybody, right? some people post rude comments and we just have to accept that there are lots of these in our society. my advise is not to mind them. anyway, they have nothing to do with our earnings here. i don't know exactly if others have rated my posts negative. do we get a notification on this?

as an older mylotterr p;lease both of you you can report people who insult you as we are not supposed to insult and flame each other. there is no excuse for that even if you do not like someone you do not insult them here, mylot is supposed to be a place where we can make good friends and enjoy each others company not a place

It seems to me that you can worry about what others do or you can just do your thing. After all do you get paid less for a lower star color or number? I don't think so. When I first started I worried abut these things, but frankly I don't even know what color my star is, I don't know my number anywhere either. I guess I have two goals here, to make things interesting and to encourage newbies to use this site. I don't make much money, I get pay out about every three months and that is just a bonus for me. So chose what you want to do and go for it. Blessings.

savypat yes you do get more money if you have a red or blue star look in the guidelines for the explanation that the reputations of all of us are figured into the earnings algorithm to determine our earnings so the higher your reputation the better you can earn,. just both of you do the same fine quality posting I have seen you do and you will earn nicely., quality here at my lot is what cou

I guess I have two goals here, to make things interesting and to encourage newbies to use this site. I don't make much money, I get pay out about every three months and that is just a bonus for me. I have not had anyone rate me badly but I have been attacked a few years ago... I stopped coming here for a year over it and then I realized that I should not let that person get to me and keep me from a place I love to be. I realized that person was not worth me leaving or even being upset over. Don't let it get to you. There are plenty of good people here, more than the bad!

Hi friend, I surprised with this discussion. I never know how to find that someone gives negative rate to our discussion. So far, I never give negative rate to the discussion. If I feel it does not interesting for me, I just leave it without give negative rate. Even I always give + rate to the discussion that I interest to response. I really never know to check it. Can you give me explanation to check this problem? Thank you...

You can't know who rated you down. You can only assume. Can't find the original post, but someone had said that keeping track of you interest rankings might at least help you find out pinpoint where the negative rating took place.

normally we have stars over our avatars,if people give us good ratings ,its getting better , from 1 to 10 10 is the best but if some bad person or hater give you (-) always,your stars rating is getting down, so yesterday i was 9 and the rating was (91) now 8 with (80) anyway i know who he is,but its not possible to find the person here just dont care it happy mylotting

hi scubapro yes it happened to me only it was taking my one hundred percent down to a fifty and I think a green star over night,So I contacted the admins and told them what happened, l got a privbte message from admins telling me that two men bragged to the admins that they took that old ladys blue star down to only fifty percent,. my lot banned these two me. So please if your star drops , more do contact the admins by hitting the contact and rolling down to other then tell them how your star keeps dropping and who you think is doing this, they can help you really. Here we are all supposed to be welcoming to each other no

Its a very good thing that god said "love each other" and not necessarily "like" each other. Its much easier to love than to like something under any circumstance, i think. Anyway, when my star goes down, i try to see my interest ratings and see which one from them did i get low, and then, under that interest rating, its easier to see which discussion i answered and predict which ones of tose discussions must have caused me to get a lower rating, and then when i get a speculation, i try o avoid interacting with those people who i believe rated me low. Its not worth our time and energy to spend it on people who dont matter to us.

wrong mydear read the guidelines as it stated the admins uses our reputations to figure in the earnings into their algorithm. so the higher your reputation the better you will earn.
