Still miss my Dad.

Dad pretends to be tipsy. - He had a great sense of humor. But I never once saw him drunk.

My father passed away 6 years ago this month and I still miss him terribly. He and I were very close, even though living 3000 miles apart. We did video chats a lot and that helped. But every April, I feel that ache in my heart because I can't see him or hear his voice again. I wish I had saved one of his voice mails on my phone. I bet some of you know exactly what I mean. Did you lose someone near and dear to you?

My grandmother passed away 6 years ago too (April 27), I really miss her. She was a very loving and caring grandmother. She always thinking of her grandchildren and taught them how to cook. Sometimes I feel empty in my heart whenever she crossed my mind but i just think that she in better place were there's no sadness and sufferings.

Sorry. I've been very sick for weeks now. I'm still fighting it but thought I'd turn on the computer for a while. I really do appreciate everyone's comments. I just don't have the strength to respond to each one individually. I hope you, and they, understand.

I am so sorry for your less, even six years later. In this month I also lost my grandmother some years ago. She was loved dearly by her whole family, so many lives were changed with her passing. I often think about if my mother were to leave this Earth and I truly don't know how I would handle it. A little comfort can be found in knowing that that person will always be a part of you.

I know its hard, but surely soon everything will be okay and be back to normal. Just give time on it. Eventually, you will recover soon. Its a part of reality, we really are just temporary in this world. Soon, we will be gone..
