I couldn't believe that one team didn't think there was a problem when they don't spell the person's name correctly. The person that went home would have had more than a little to say if a company made that huge of a mistake. I'm glad the person is gone, as trying to throw others under the bus when its your final decision is wrong. Next week is sure going to be something with the project manager selected on one team. That person is known for being over the top in everything they do and certainly has said some of the strangest things. You should have seen my daughters face when she heard him talk. Did you watch? Do you think the team should have seen their mistake?

The guys weren't the ones who typed in the message. They were more focused on the picture. Even the women who typed it in didn't seem to realize she did that or was it the printers who did that. I would like to see the picture again as Dennis signed it. I certainly would not use these people again to do any work for me. I expect them to say something if they feel there is an error just like I expect my accountant to catch any of my adding errors. He made 3 mistakes of his own and I caught them because they were so big. I won't be going to him next year.

My daughter and I think the printers made the error, but Dennis is still guilty of not catching the error, as the project manager he should have sent it back to be fixed. Dennis tried to blame Trace, who gave it to the printers; however, Trace even said when he was project manager that he approved everything done during the time he was project manager. I think the real problem is some people just don't do well when they must look at everything done by others. I do agree would never hire the printers that did this poor job. We hire people thinking they will do a great job and as we have seen in the past some of them shouldn't work in the industry. Thanks for posting an excellent response.

I watched it and was shocked to. I found it right off. And it wasn't cause I knew it was misspelled....it was cause the letters on the top didn't match the letters on the bottom. I didn't at first realize it was her name. And regardless who made the error, they ALL had the full display before they showed it to Melania...they had all the pieces and set it all up...and still didn't see it. I think they are all so busy and worked about about being the best and most arrogant that they didn't bother to think that they are capable of making a mistake! I enjoy watching it, but get so tired of the fighting and bickering. Last weeks where they voted of Steven Baldwin...that one...that guy did nothing! He had no money brought in and all he did was talk! Granted, I'd rather her him talk than Gary Busey, but still...his talk is full of words that don't relate to the subject as much as Gary's talk is full of useless hodgpodge! Thing about Steven tho...he will either dazzle you with his brilliance, or baffle you with his bull!

Thanks for posting. I understand Donald isn't the easiest person to like. He is not very nice when people make mistakes even when its an understand mistake. This particular week I think he was right nobody wants something with their name spelled wrong.

True, and I have read he is the same way in real life. Not many like him.
