How to make a nice and good fried egg (in Indonesia "telur mata sapi")?

Fried egg is a simple meal. But how to make a beautiful fried egg is not easy for me. I couldn't make a good one. It means that the colour is fresh and there is not black color on it. May be there are my lotters who can make it well. Thanks

you can use cooking tools for fried eggs, to avoid black colors on it, you must use clean frying pan, try to use new cooking oil not the used cooking oil, try to lessen the fire to much heat will cause black color on it, use enough heat only, while cooking try to put cooking oil (the oil you are using to cook) on top of the egg continuesly.

Hi friend, I think it is easy to make a good fried egg. Heat a teflon pan, put a bit of butter, let melt and break egg carefully on the pan, use small fire and cover the pan. Wait about 2 minutes and you will get a good fried egg...

The secret of a good fried egg is as follows: 1) Have enough clean oil at the correct temperature before starting. Between a quarter and half an inch of oil should be heated up so that the white congeals as soon as the egg is broken into so that the egg keeps its shape. If the oil is too hot, the white will begin to go brown and crisp before the egg is cooked through. 2) Use really fresh eggs. As eggs age, the white becomes runnier and the yolk flattens out when the egg is broken. A good fried egg should have a nicely rounded, firm yolk which is still runny when cooked. 3) As the egg fries, splash hot oil with a spatula over the top surface of the egg. This ensures that all the white cooks evenly and that the yolk is cooked until just before it becomes hard.
