Cannot install a video game!

Today I try to download android video game from other site not from google play store. I try to download Final Fantasy III for free because in google play store we need to purchase that game. After I finish download I transfer it to my android phone and extracting it. It become obb file and I cannot install it. I see some website they give apk file for download. What is apk file? Please help I need to install Final Fantasy III in my android phone.

i think because of the memory it uses. or maybe the file is just too big. knowing that it is final fantasy i think it is a great file. meaning uses a lot of your drive or things like that. maybe you should try to remove some files from your phone. and allow it to sink. or maybe it is not compatible with what you are using. just saying maybe. hehe

The data file is 170 mb and my internal storage is more than 500 mb and i search in internet they can play final fantasy 3 and the brand model of their phone same like what I have.
