Travel the world sometime

When I was aged 20 to 21 years old I traveled around the world for just over one year. I had a route which took me to North America, the Pacific Ocean, Australia and the far east. I traveled on Qantas and Virgin Atlantic. I got two internal flights in Australia to cover those huge distances. I left the coastlines of land travel so I could see the scenery and hop off at different islands. Seeing the South Pacific Ocean once in a lifetime wasn't enough for me so I went back to see some more when I was 29 years old. That time I visited French Polynesia, the Cook Islands and Samoa on my way to plus from New Zealand. I am glad that I waited until I was 29 years old to visit New Zealand because I loved spending a long time in Australia on my trip around the world. If I am lucky enough to do another trip around the world I would pick destinations in the Caribbean, Central America and South America plus Australia, New Zealand and Asia. Off the beaten track I would love to visit Madagascar and Mauritius. Which countries are you longing to see? If you got a free trip around the world where would you go? Is there somewhere off the beaten track that you would like to visit?

Thanks for your excellent response to my discussion. I hope that you will be able to travel around the world. Canada and the USA are next door to each other so that could be handy. Australia and New Zealand are amazing places that you would adore. You have many different European destinations to choose from.

It must have been fantastic to visit all those places I would love to travel around the world, that would be my ultimate dream. If I got a free trip around the world I would spend a lot of time in Asia and I would visit India, Nepal, Myanmar, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, the Philippines, Japan, China and South Korea. I also visit some of the countries in the Pacific Ocean, but I am not sure exactly which countries I would choose. Later on I would visit some of the African countries like Morocco, Tunisia, Senegal, the Gambia. Kenya, South Africa, Botswana, Namibia and Malawi. In South America and Central America I would visit Peru, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica, Guatemala and Belize.

You are simply amazing my friend, and so lucky that you have been able to visit so many places and got around most of the world, are there any places that you haven't visited? I am still longing to see Sweden, and more closer to home Ireland and Isle of Man. Maybe one day I will fulfill my travel plans, life tends to bring surprises.

Wow, that is awesome that you got to travel that much in such little time. A trip like that can be expensive unless it is free. Actually, I did travel to England, France and Normandy when I was 17. Then I recently returned to England and France and added Italy and the Vatican to that trip it was .a free trip to 4 countries in less than 2 weeks. I really enjoyed it, but my favorite is England, which was also where I spent the least amount of time (3 days).
