Why some people does not know how to coordinate their job properly.....

Good day Fellow Mylotters, For some reason, I really cannot explain why there are few people who cannot coordinate their work properly. I mean, coordination is a practice that has been observed in many companies from small to medium enterprise and much more to a Multi-National company. Though having a lot of pressures, still, a better output arises. But the situation that I am encountering in the Home Owners office where I am reporting was totally different. As they don't practice coordination. That, when a staff did not report for work or an adjustment to a work schedule was done, everything will go as a mess. That the Officers will take it so heavy because the Home Owner's office lacks in staff. Despite it is a non-revenue office. Thus, if a coordination is present, the flow of work will go smoothly. But, it is not, so as a result, a messy paper handling arises. And if you really think, this is not really consider a company although there are few staff that has been given an allowance, since it is just being handled by a Home Owners Association officers. Why like this, oh my....

If a person is not dedicated to his/her work that would be the tendency. According to your story the staff has no coordination, obviously you know what is reason why your staff is like that, the salary is enough to compensate his task, people now a days are practical they look for a stable job and high salary, why dont you call a meeting to fix the problem, you are a nice person because you have a consideration. And if you want to solve the problem, call the person involve and call the attension of others, the other members of home owners. Or you can talk to the staff on whats his/her problem regarding the task.

a pleasant day jonastabuena, i have done all my efforts to fix the issue though i am not a part of the officers, hence, i am also one of the staff here. and since i have done my best to solve it, so i decided to stopped allotting time to fix it anymore.

If it so, then i think its not your problem anymore, you can address your concern to the higher personnel of the office, but for me what you decide is good enough your just wasting your time on that problem that supposed to be the problem of the officer in charge. The best thing you can do is do your work at your best.

Yeah, you cannot used to stand with that kind of situation. Like here in the office, there is no specific tasks in each of us here but we have a lot of tasks and one thing that our boss mad at us is no one leads the group even checks our work if it was already finish or gets done.
