Have you ever heard about infused water? They are so helpful for hydration of our body and detoxification. You can prepare them by putting as much fruit in water as you like and let the water sit for at least 30 minutes before drinking. Do not keep longer than 48 hours you can put more water using the same fruit, but discard after 48 hours. Green tea, mint, lime is good for fat burning, digestion, headaches, congestion and it is an excellent breath freshener. Strawberry, kiwi is good for cardiovascular health, immune system protection, blood sugar regulation, and digestion. Cucumber, lime, lemon is good for weight management, bloating, appetite control, hydration, and digestion. Lemon, lime, orange is good for heart burn, immune defense and vitamin C compensation; this should be taken at room temperature. Hope you find this information useful. One can try these, it is totally safe. Please respond comment and share your tips if any. Thanks in advance. Professor Dr. Bhuwan Saraf. PhD. April 14 , 2013. Cheers have a lucky day ahead.

After your bar code discussion, I'm not sure that I trust the accuracy of your information at all. Where do you get it? you post a lot of discussions like this with no links and then you never respond back when someone has a question. Are you just looking up random things on the internet to report to us? Have you actually tried this or the other things you posted on?

It is not possible to try always, well recently i posted a discussion about the swelling on my feet, it is gone, it is tested remedy. Basically my research work is on Ultrasonics, PEMF therapy, my papers are published in Scientific journals of International reputation. I do have health issues connected with neuropathy; my wife too have similar issues; so i search for remedies. some i share so that others might be benefited. In some I add a Disclaimer too.

See this---'Strawberry, kiwi is good for cardiovascular health, immune system protection, blood sugar regulation, and digestion.' I could not get kiwi here, but trying Strawberry because my neuropathy is due to diabetes.

I've actually never been a person that has been big on drinking infused water. I think that the reason that I've never really done this is because of the fact that it wasn't something that my children taught me from a young age. However, there are times that I do like to squeeze a little bit of lemon into my water. It adds a nice taste to the water and I've noticed that drinking water with lemon will make my voice stronger when I'm singing.

Hi Professor, I hope that this information would help me also, so I have a question regarding the procedure to make it. I am using the lemon, to infuse the water, and is it the lemon cut into pieces or the lemon in its full shape?

Hi, I never heard about this infused water before. It is very useful and it can be made very easily. Only putting fruits in water for 30 to 45 minutes is enough. I would like to try this experiment of powerful water. Thank you for giving useful information.
