I intake vitamins everyday. The doctor suggest such and explained the importance of it. We need to intake vitamins everyday so as to lessen or avoid illnesses. It is better to intake one than to intake nothing. :) Fellow mylotters, how important do you think is intaking a vitamin?

Well I used to take vitamins everyday. But I was told that the vitamins don't really do anything. It seems if we eat right and take care of ourself, that works way better.

I know the vitamin is so important for our health. However, I don't want to intake it unless it is necessary. As I prefer to intake the vitamin from the natural food. Since all the medicine will somewhat have side effects. Whereas natural food will be the best for us.

I always take vitamins because of the nature of my work, which is very stressful, specifically i take vitamins for stress and also vitamin E. If i neglected to take my vitamins even for 1 day i feel so weak.

I was never told by a doctor to take vitamins. They instead kept telling me to eat well. Lots of greens and colorful fruits should do the trick in filling in the lack of vitamins in the body. Exercise too helps in making them to work more efficiently. So better ask your doctor what kind of food is rich with the vitamin that your body is lacking.:)

I don't take viteams. You don't have to that is why it's called it's recommended it's a suggestion not an order. You don't need viteams to stay healthy and it doesn't mean taking them will keep you from getting sick. My daughter takes them almost every morning but she is still ever young and introduce to many new things all of the time.

I don't like vitamin pills/tablets. fruits are better than vitamins. If you really need you may take as per a physician's prescription.
