Stressful Days

I often experience stressful days. I really do not know how to avoid it because I am a very busy person. I am at the same time, a student and an online jobs worker. When I have extra time, I sleep for a while or listen to music in order to cool for a bit. Even though I am doing such, I still feel stressful. How do you think I could avoid stress?

In your case I think most of the stress is related to school and you are probably always thinking. You do need to chill out a bit. I know music does wonders for that. Try not to think so much.

Hi, like you I also in a stressful environment. I work as customer associate in a retention department, and you can't imagine how stressful my job is. Especially when you encounter a difficult customer. But inspite of that, I am making sure that I make time to make myself happy in different ways. Like I used to buy my favorite food which is my favorite fries. When I go home, I drop by to my favorite fast food chain. Doing such somehow relieve my stress. When I have enough time, I watch movies with my friends I preferred to watch horror films that would made me shout or comedy movies that would made me laugh. You can also try have some break and go out of town. Also, try to take vitamins that could help fight stress.

If you are a busy person, you can't avoid to have stressful days, maybe you should manage well your time both in school and job, you should have time to have enough rest. And if you that you are tired, try to rest for a couple of hours, the continue on what you are doing. We should take of our self, we can not work if we are ill.

Hi Kai... It seems that you are indeed a very busy person and I admire you for being able to juggle between work and school. I used to do that when I was still attending school. I am not really good at multitasking but I was able to pull it off by improving my time management. You also have to take a break. When you are feeling stressful, do things that make you happy. For instance, reading a good book or eating your favorite dish. If you are still feeling distressed, maybe it is time to go to an out of town trip with your family or closest friends. You need to loosen up a bit... It would surely help you take all the negativities away... :)

Sometimes being on the computer for a long time is so stressful. It affects our eyes and would make our head ache. Thus it is necessary to rest from doing the laptop or computer and eat something or stare far in the green trees or grasses.

Try being a parent, it's more stressful :)) Just relax, deep breath and take some time off. You're still young to be stressed! Just enjoy life beause when you get older, everything is much more complicated. Don't put too much pressure on yourself :)

Sleep well. When i was a student, I was also always stressed coz I was studying and working as well. I had to pass every subject I took because I could not afford to fail one of them and pay it again in a retake. So I would find a way to have at least a day in a week where I was free from any responsibilities such as work and school. I did anything that I liked that were not related from the two. Of course, sleep... I tried to recover as much hours I lost.

Choose to be happy! Well, to be specific don't stress over the small stuff. And always have time for fun and your family. Do not bring your work with you once you step out of the office. If you feel like you are near to being burnt out, ask for a couple of days' RnR to refresh and re-energize. As a last recourse, seek help from your immediate manager if you think that your work load is way too much for one person to handle. The worse that they can tell you is no, and you will never know unless you try.

Just think that you have to do those work. It doesn't matter you got tensed or calm. You just have to do those. there is no escape. After all, what you will gain by feeling stressed, nothing. And what will you loose if you will be calm. Nothing again. So, do it by thinking you have to do either being stressed or being calm. And being calm will make the work to be done easier and better. I too is a student and also do something little online. Best Wishes
