We were down to the last of the meat in the refridgerator and as I was looking in the feezer I noticed that we had a couple pieces of Chicken so I took a bag of fish fry and rolled it in that and added some crushed red peppers, and fried it and It was so so yummy!! Then I took a canof Blackeyed Peas added salt, Pepper, and some jalapneo jsuice from the ones that come in a can and cut up a couple of those and YUMMY!! O and I made some baked Potaotes too!! It was so so good!! What do you think about this? Sound Good?

Hi ja, I don`t eat meat every day although I`m no vegetarian and I love a juice, big, steak once in a while. Chicke is the meat I make more often because it is yummy and cheaper than other meat. Fried chicken is awfully good as taste goes, but I don`t indulge too much as it is not the healthiest way to make it. Your diner sound perfect

Maybe you can do it with cooked diced ham. I have used that too, but not as many times as chicken because it is more expensive.

The chicken and baked potatoe sounds good. But the blackeyed peas don't. I had a bad experience with them once when traveling years ago. Ugh!

Ya, they were in this clear sauce and they looked like eyeballs. When that is your first experience with them I doubt I'd go try them again.

Yes it was so yummy! I didn't pour too much of the jalapeno juice int there but jsut enough to give it a little kick and taste
