Home vs. Public

Working at home has advantages and disadvantages. You are able to wear comfortable clothes, possibly set your schedule, not have to travel at all, don't have to worry about money for gas, and is convenient. You might not get paid a lot, have a lot of responsibility, everyone else doesn't go by your schedule, hectic pace of work, and other chores around the house to do. When you work outside of home you have to travel, pay for gas, pack or buy your lunch, might get paid a lot more, have an actual office, have a schedule, might have to work late, can't leave early, and might be more slow paced. Every job is different but what do you think the differences are? Which ones do you prefer?

We might have different choices and preferences when it comes to the type of working environment that we want. Personally, I would like to stay and work at home however, as of now the amount I can earn from online will not suffice with our daily need so I need to do both jobs. Yes, the work is really exhausting sometime. But I am hoping to be able to earn at least equal to my offline work in the days to come. Have a great day!

I think both have their pros and cons. The thing I notice the more, is that I can get paid a lot better if I work outside of the home.

Work at home while talking care of ren. - Home is more flexible and good for people with disability.
Working at home is good for those housewife working as part time job while talking care of the children. It is good also for those disability person who cannot travel far hence can work at home. With modern technology like remote access and internet certain work can be done at home. However , if the worker is hardworking , discipline and commited he or she can work anywhere to suit themselves. However , if the person is lazy working at home is bad.end up no work done

I am certain there are pros and cons to where your working now. I'm one of the work at home people and have been doing this about 16 years and really like working at home. This helped me reduce some expenses like gas and a car, as we now have only 1 car. It was a huge expense paying insurance, upkeep of the car and gas were so much that I am now earning about the same at home as going to work. Until last year I earned more at home, then going to work and hope to be able to do it again when the economy improves. I have a small office in my home and do have some of my work hours set by the company. I'm glad some of my hours are flexible, as that is really helpful. I was lucky to get a great job and really feel I'm making a difference for the company I work for now. Its important when you work from home to be in a quiet place that nobody will bother you to work. This was a big challenge when my daughter was younger.
