can i ask what may be best for the eyes when your infront of your pc/laptop inside your room, lights on or not?
i dimmed my monitor so its not so bright. i dont know if it helps.

It helps, or put a protector screen to you computer, or rather buy eyeglass that has multicolored lens it helps to protect your eyes from radiation. I'm exposed to computer radiation because of the nature of my work that i use internet daily, my choice is to buy eyeglass that has multicolored lens that's what i'm using now.
