There are types of people, and these types differ in terms of their relationship with things and method of dealing with these things.,
There is a rich and is divided into the rich who spends part of his money to the poor, and the rich but stingy, as well as moderate-rich.
There is also poor Savin in his life and the poor who do not find what feeds, so dependence on God and aid people...
As well as in everything else, such as love, friendship, etc., on the basis of this rule be our knowledge of human nature through its relationship to something and how to deal with this sort of thing

Rich should help out those less fortunate.
Dependence on God or anyone else is stupid and ridiculous. Finding the strength within ourselves to do what we need to do is the smart way to go. Being dependent on anyone else is idiotic. We have to depend on ourselves and, if we are religious, perhaps ask God for help and guidance.

Even in America, the government gives a monthly allowance for the unemployed, but not enough of their living that they are accustomed to, and Islam has the solution of those problems by zakat ( prescribed by God in the Qur'an ) , which is paid by the rich to the poor.

I say from any source, the government is funding for such non-employees, they will be from the taxes paid by the rich on their sources of income and their business.
Koran, which revealed by God, from more than 1,400 years, told us so in the verses of Zakat, Zakat is the right of the poor in the rich money, and this right is not preferred from the rich to the poor.

I think one should always help a needy, what differs a poor from a rich is just his wealth and nothing else. In the eyes of the almighty we all are treated equal. Its circumstances that makes him what he is on earth. The man who is wealthy can live under the poverty line the next moment or vice-verse. So one should not be judged with how much wealth he has, instead he should be judged on basis of his humility.

Yes, the duty of the rich to think clearly, it is possible to be in the place of this the poor, but the circumstances are that put him in that position.
Therefore should on the rich, to thank the Lord and obey what God had commanded him, by giving the the poor the their right of his own money whom God has given him.

When God was giving the laws to the Israelites, He instructed the wealthier to leave the edges of their fields for the poor. The poor were to glean the crop for themselves. They were to work for what they got just as the wealthy worked the rest of the fields. God has done the same with the animal world. They have to work for their food.
We don't do the poor any favors by just giving them what they need and not having them work for it. How can they learn self reliance when we do that to able bodied people?

Yes, not for the rich to be believed, that he favors the poor part of his money, that it the right of the poor in the rich money.
That Zakat in Islam is that God mentioned in the Quran, which are the right of the poor from the rich man's money and not a favor from the rich to the poor.

I think very few rich people spend money for the poor. Rich people are generally selfish. They don't bother for poor people. God is not responsible for a person to be a poor. It is the social system which creates discrimination among people.

Yes u are absolutely right, there are different types of people who have varied personalities, i have always felt that humanity should never be divided on the basis of their money as rich or poor. But still there are certain people who care for others and do not care about themselves when it comes to helping them.
