Change a new job

Today afternoon in our office,some of us were talking about our job in the company.They wanted to leave because we have to work for free after day's work.Sometimes we have no weekend. We are tired and satisfied with our manager. After the new year,my family wanted me to find a new one. But I have not made my mind to change it. One of my colleges will leave next month. Maybe I should leave here,too.

Do you like your job? If you really want to leave, do you chose find a job first and then leave the current job? I think it is a good solution. Hope you find a good job.

It seems that would be the best idea. Not just for you and your coworkers, but your employer really needs a wake up call. Maybe he/she will learn to value his/her employees a little more.
