do you sometimes crave for chocolates? do you sometimes feel that nothing would really complete your day if you can't have a single bite of it? well, is it wise to give in to your cravings? why and why not? ...afterall, there's got to be some sort of "self-reward"!...dont you think so? but well, maybe, you've got first to make sure that you really deserve to get some reward for some sort of "job-well-done" thing. -- what do you think?

I love chocolates. I would eat them everyday if they were available. We always run out of chocolates though.

I have a hobby of eating when I get bored. Besides, we only have a few chocolates and my sister eats faster than I. Chocolates are expensive! I used to make truffles but now I am out of cash so I can't make them anymore. besides, I am on a diet and trying to lose weight, so not having chocolates at home is actually for my benefit haha.

I usually give in to my craving unless it is something I need to walk a long distance to get. Laziness will prevent me from over eating. Another reason will be if I am sick. I cannot eat what I am craving for when I am sick. This is the saddest time.

thank you for your response tehpau! i hope next time, you could first reward your craving just before you get sick! -- in that way, getting sick may even be prevented. in my case, if i give in to my craving, i am able to save myself from getting weak. it energizes me then :)

I usually give in to my cravings, because if i don't i feel get sick for the entire day or for a couple of days, or i feel uneasy and i can't sleep, i tried my very best to control it, but sad to say i failed, maybe i should try more harder to control my self when i comes to cravings.

I have to admit that I cannot resist chocolate. It is my worst habit. Even if I dont do anything good, I have to eat chocolate every day. Especially if I know that there is chocolate in my home, I cannot stop my cravings, I have to have it:( But it would be better perhaps to eat it to reward myself, this way I would be motivated at least and finish some important stuff :)
