Ummm? Okay

Well I was just siiting there eating with family one day and we were eating tacos of course l.o.l. 
And just say you had three tacos on your plate and you started to eat one then you find yourself eating most of it but not all of it, Then you see the next taco on the plate l.m.a.o!!! But anyway do you finish the first one? Or almost finish it then pick up the second one? Strange question but I found myself doing that the other day it was just something that crossed my mind as to what am I doing here? Can I not finish the first one without picking up the next one? I wastaught better than this I think but really? Why did I do that? And why do I always do that?

You're funny! I can't imagine not finishing the one first and then starting on the other....makes me laugh.
I eat my taco's one at a time and love them! Maybe that's why I finish all of the first one and then move on to the second...don't want to waste any, haha!

L.O.L. But I always end up eating everything on the plate!! L.O.L. O.M.G!! I made myself hungry now I want some tacos!!!

Here's a secret not many people know!
I once ate 10 Taco's...yup, I ate 10! No one could believe I could do that but I did. AND, I used to eat like that all the time without gaining weight...go figure. NOW that I'm in my 60s and quit smoking I wouldn't even DARE do that. I already gained weight from quitting smoking and it stinks, lol!
Sooooo, at this time I eat Taco Salad...I just don't eat the yummy Taco shells. I do everything the same but just throw it all into a huge salad. This makes me feel like I'm eating Taco's and satisfies my craving for them. I do love Taco's...mmmmmm. 
I used to eat 2 Burger King Whoppers too at one sitting along with French Fries...ahhh, the good old days when the metabolism was sky high. No fun now.

I think we do things we are conditioned over time to do. If we are allowed to do things as children then we grow up doing these things. It is up to our parents to instill good eating habits and manners as well. It is wasteful to not finish the first because you probably won't come back to it.

Well it is not the first time that you're talking about eating tacos. I have to say that this meal in my country (Italy), do not use.
Consequently, to understand what it is, I had to do a search on the net.
Apparently you are very greedy about the tacos!
However, the answer to your question is very simple, you know, how do I eat the second without first having completed the first plate?
Simple, if you no longer want, go directly to the dish. Otherwise, the second course you eat it later.

Tacos are so so good! There are many of them and many ways to make them, You should try some yummy!!!

Hi Jahernandezrivas! I love tacos! My strategy is slow and low, LOL! Usually, the most available tacos here in the Philippines is the hard shell so I have to eat slowly or it would disintegrate and I would en up eating nachos. HAHA! I use a plate to catch the taco debris or sometimes I prefer to eat leaning down so my dress won't get dirty. I love tacos with lots of beef and hot sauce. I pair it with soda and I can eat 4-5 tacos in one sitting. Thanks for the discussion :)

L.O.L. Me too I love them!! Sometimes when I know it is going to be a messy dinner or lunch I will get a towel l.m.a.o!! And use it like a bib and my friends say w.t.f. are you doing? l.o.l. It is because I don't wnat to get what I am wearing dirty
