the most ideal season for me is spring. i love watching the plants come back to life. the trees and grasses become greener and soon the flowers start to bloom. even the people seem more happy. the temperature is just right, it's not too warm nor is it too cold... in other words PERFECT. no, perfect is not right. it should be ALMOST PERFECT because i suffer from allergies during spring time. my eyes get itchy, my nose clogged and runny, my feet swollen. yes, i'm allergic to pollen and during springtime... i'm a walking dead... i've been into water therapy for the past few weeks and i found that this was helping me a lot. however, since i noticed that my feet were more swollen than usual, i stopped four days ago. and so my nightmare started. i wouldn't stop sneezing and my eyes were really itchy i couldn't help but rub them. i finally gave in and took antihistamines last night because i couldn't sleep. luckily, it rained this morning. what a great blessing for my eyes and my nose. wonder of wonders, i can breathe well. no runny nose, no itchy eyes... i hope it rains every day, even just for an hour. it would be a great help for us who suffer from pollen allergies. wouldn't you feel the same, if you were in my shoes?

I'm not allergic, but I loooove the spring rain. The grass smells fresh, sometimes it has a rainbow. Yes, if I were you, I would feel exactly the same. I wish you more rainy spring days :)

i envy people like you who don't suffer from allegies. i'm glad the forecast hit the mark, it rained this afternoon. not the cats and dogs type, just a shower. at least the pollen is wet and won't bother me for a while.

Rainy season is the most beautiful season of all the seasons. In summer you go through all the tough times, the water bodies dry up, you walk under the sun, sweat all the time, and pray for the rain gods all the time and slowly the monsoon brings the rains and the whole world gets beautiful again, you can see all the water bodies filled up water, plants taking new life, life becomes beautiful again.

it is beautiful to watch the plants come back to life again after winter, as in the case of the plants here in italy where there are four seasons. the countryside becomes alive and colorful with wild flowers. with the flowers comes the pollen and since i have an allergy, i wish rain would come and wash the pollen away. in this way, i can avoid taking antihistamines because they make me drowsy (even if the manufacturer says otherwise).

it was sunny and warm these last two sundays and my friends went out and had picnics in the park. unforunately, i wasn't able to go with them. if i don't have any important thing to do, i stay indoors during spring so i can minimize my pollen exposure.

after the winter cold, the warmth and the liveliness of spring is surely welcome. but for people like me who suffer allergies, this is a hard time for us, notwithstanding its beauty.

I have terrible allergies as well. I am really suffering this time of year. I also have a field full of plants and seeds that were planted earlier this week. They could really use some rain right now. A good rain will also get rid of some of this pollen. According to the weather forecast, we are supposed to get rain tomorrow. I really hope it rains this weekend...

if it was up to me, i'd make it rain for an hour during the night time. unforunately, i have no control over this. rain is expected over today, saturday so i guess my prayer has been answered.

i am with you I love to see all the plants and tree come back to life but I too suffer for the time of joy to see all the colors and greenery that comes from the rain and the plants that we have worked so hard to plant and keep year after year

the plants need water, yes. i need to rain to wash away the pollen. i don't want to take antihistamines on a regular basis.

I love to have rain in this hot season. With it, I could sleep better and my electric bill is much lower . I had some itchy eyes for the past few days and feel better today and I hope it will not come back .

when there is no rain, the ground gets too dry and dust goes everywhere. i had to take antihistamines again this morning because i couldn't suffer anymore. the forecast said it was going to rain but it's already noon and it's just cloudy, no rain.
