Drink 2 times salt added lime-juice.,Applying garlic fry oil on the back pain affected area.,Eat more vitamin C fruits. like. orange, lime...,Raw potato in the form of poultice is to be applied on the pain affected area.,Applying aloe vera paste on the pain affected area.

                    That is a very nice tips you got there, usually 'm so dependent on medicine which i know has a side effect to us. Ever since i prefer medicine for my convenience but i think it easy to prepare the one that can be found in the home, no need to go out side to buy medicine.

                    Good info... i'll try that... my back pain is starting to bother me. Right now i just do more exercise like biking in the afternoon. It help my back a lot.

                    Most people who have desk jobs (like I do) suffer back pains and they are usually related to nerves especially in the neck. What I did was do neck exercises every hour. They are just simple exercises like neck rotation, turning your head left and right, etc. Slowly I was relieved of the pains. Now, I do neck exercises every hour especially when I'm rooted on my desk in front of the pc.
