Egg item is very delicious for us to eat... My children mostly wants to eat only egg omelet... Wife almost likes to eat boiled egg.... Brother likes to eat fried eggs rarely.... Whenever the matter comes to me.....I deadly confused to eat them in both forms... Now i want a clarification of eating them in brief....

Boiled egg is healthier because when you fry the egg, it will accumulate fat and oil which makes it less healthier.

I agree. Boiled eggs are more healthier. Although frying eggs and using cooking oils also have nutritional value, it can't be avoided that oils or fats can be ingested in vast amounts that makes it more unhealthier for the body. Fats and oils are also important, but anything taken in excess in unhealthy!

Definitely true. There is no need for oil to use which contains saturated fats that is bad for the health.

Boiled eggs may be better in that there is no added fat in the cooking process, but fried eggs with a runny yolk is better as far as cholesterol goes. When the yolk of an egg sets (as in boiled or scrambled, etc.), the cholesterol is processed into our bodies. When the yolk is runny, as most fried eggs are, the cholesterol is far less dangerous as it isn't processed the same way. I wish I could remember the specifics of how it happens, but I can't. I read it not too long ago, though.

Egg is a healthy food, i think it doesn't matter how you prefer the egg. I love scramble eggs with lots of tomatoes and unions on it.

I love that too. Have you ever had scrambled eggs and salmon? I call them salmon eggs. Yummy!

In my opinion, boiled egg is more preferable than any other forms of egg. This is because boiled egg contains more nutrients than other preparations. But for a change of taste, we may take other egg preparations sometimes. Thanks for this nice topic!!

well egg is a complete food,we can get protienes from it,it can be eat in both forms but mostly diet consious people ovoid it's yolk because it is full of cholestrol, and it is not good for heart patients, but personally i think if you take out the yolk from egg, what left behind,i think we should eat it in whole and to controll our health problems if we have, we should do some phisical activities, like go for a walk daily,or should go to gym..or whatever we can do easily...i think god has made nothing which could be harmfull for us...what you think...?

I think boiled egg is more nutritious. Also, as it is not fried, there is no extra oil content. So, it is good for health. Taste-wise also it is better, and can be cooked very fast.

I would say the boiled egg for you do not have all the rest of calories and fat in grease and things you fry with. seems to better for you and easier to cook.

I like eggs cooked any way. I fry them in cooking spray so they don't get oily when fried. I had an omelet this morning with cheese and tomato. I like it on toast.

Yes egg is very tasty and delicious. I like egg very much. But boiled egg is too good for health. Fried egg (omelet) is too fat and oily. Yellow of egg is too fat. It's contain more cholesterol than beef. So avoid yellow of egg .
