Today I was suggested by my sinor than my e-mail is little impolited. Beacuse I often send a e-mail with the world "pay attention", not only to supplier, but also to customer. She said "pay attention" look too strict, the reader maybe feel uncomfortable. But I think it is OK. I just want to remind the reader be care of attachment. Maybe i am not so good with English, so I don't think it is problem? Dear guy, is it really impolited? if yes, which word can I instead of?

If your intention is to remind the receiver about an attachment, you can say "Please take note that (the name of that the document) is attached".

If your senior says it's impolite, then it's impolite. See what she suggests you use instead of that phrase. She actually knows the context of your emails and your use of "pay attention" so she'll be able to give you better advice than any of us could.
