what makes a person lazy to work?

I see someone who is lazy work often ask for money to the other, but he was able to work and make money themselves, I was surprised and confused, why he's lazy and would rather ask for money, what do you think?

Probably 1) because it's easier and 2) because it works. If it didn't work, he'd give up trying...

if he haven't find what he loved ,he don't have the spring to work.

There could be many reasons such as having to do all the physical stuff or dealing with other people. If he loved the job he was doing he might not be so lazy.
