Do you prefer to do things at night?

This is not really a question of owl vs lark. It doesn't matter whether you are an owl (sleep late and wake up late) or a lark (sleep early and wake up early). The scenario is this: Let's say you have the whole day (and night) free and you are not "encumbered" by any job or chores. Would you prefer to do things more so during the day or night? I often find myself wanting to do nothing to do in the day. But come night time, suddenly there is so much I want to do and there is not enough time (until bedtime). It's just like for example you don't feel like reading during the day but one hour before bedtime, you pick up a book and suddenly you can't stop. Of course, this means you possibly go beyond your usual bedtime. So what is it like for you? Given a choice, do you prefer to do your stuff at night or during the day? Do share your thoughts. :)

I have same experience before. Since I realize it is not a good habit especially when I found that it always influence my second day's efficiency. We should control ourselves and adjust our biological clock.right?

Day is more preferable to me since I'm often a spontaneous person during "me time". With an entire "me day" that means I have to get an early start just in case.
