What is Adatum Announcement?

As non English speaker I am bit confusing with this word "Adatum Announcement" I been looking the meaning in Google but had no luck so far. Did any one familiar with this term and please describe it in more plain word. Do you ever dealing with similar situation?

Do you mean "a datum announcement"? Datum is a piece of data. An announcement is a notice made to the public.

In my teks its "Adatum Announcement" that's why I am super confuse. First I think they maybe forget to separated it but this word show up several time in different paragraph in same form "Adatum Announcement".
