Everyone tells me Change is good

This is my first Post. Unsure exactly how myLot works, hoping someone can give me some direction. Unemployed after working for the same company for 16yrs. Everyone tells me this is a good things since I worked long hours, long work weeks. I know that it is but it is still hard.

Perhaps, your road has taken a turn and though it might have bumps and gravel it will lead you to a place where you will find something that you can appreciate? Making adjustments are not easy thats true.
