Ghostly Printer,

Pamplona, Spain
July 13, 2014 3:18pm CST
In the sound of almost complete silence this noise comes out of nowhere sounds like a washing machine starting up. I am almost relaxed you can almost hear a needle drop and the the noise starts again. Scares the life out of you if you are feeling a bit jumpy too. I have the Speakers on but no music on yet I am just learning to appreciate the sound of silence. Off goes that noise again I have pressed the button to make sure it stays off altogether so what is it? Its a silly printer that starts off on its own right when you least expect it to. I am trying to write here right now and its gone off twice already. Apart from a wonky computer a ghostly printer that has a mind of its own. Well its Sunday and not a bad day cool at the moment which is just what I like. Have a great week ahead all and only too sorry that I cannot be on here very much.

So nice to see you hear. I have known more than one person who had a printer that would do that.

@lovinangelsinstead21 you know we used to have a window fan/box fan, whatever you call it that would switch on and off by itself we decided it was a ghost and called him Christofer when the kids were younger

@bunnybon7 What a lovely story. Christopher probably got up to his tricks for you to notice him. Our Dvd does exactly the same kind of thing. What shall I call him? Dave Dee? Take care hugs.

Got me a few times. I was looking under the Table and trying to guess what it could be as I had not even switched on the Computer or anything. It did all sorts of weird things but it was the best Printer and Scanner we have had. All the rest well mmm not quite what you would expect.

At one time I thought that ours was haunted too... until I realized that hubby was in a different room on his computer, sending a message to the computer to print something. It happens so often now that I don't jump any more. Good luck finding what is causing your printer to turn on all by its self!!

It seems that it programmed itself all by itself. We did not touch a thing honest. Like it had got a mnd all of its own. I can understand yours too. Have a great Weekend ahead.

Yep, it still does it and I cannot program it or anything so now I take no notice of it. Our Dvd does the same thing with the change in the tension of the electricity at night it turns on inside but without switching itself on altogether. It does it the same time every night so I know its to do with the electric power.
