Do you shampoo your hair everyday?

Not really. I washed my hair once every 2 to 3 days. One of out 2 times only i used the shampoo. COz i am using pi-water (a very fine water with small moleculer cluster) to shower my hair, so it will be very clean without using shampoo. Coz using shampoo a lot tends to hurt our scalp, due to the chemical contents within.

I do not shampoo my hair everyday, though I take a bath everyday;) Too much shampooing can cause falling hair. Others say it is also the cause of dandruff especially when you switch brands very often. Aside from shampoo I also apply coconut oil to my hair to make it shiny and smooth.

Me, once every two days... so some weeks I get three or four, depending. I don´t like it to wash it more than that, because it gets greasy and it´s not so good for your hair to shampoo it so often.

No.Actually it is not good to shampoo your hair everyday.Your natural oils in the hair will keep it healthy and shiny.So if you shampoo everday you are drying out your hair.
