The motorcycles win

While we were at Wendy's yesterday we ran into someone hubby knows. Actually this guy is hubby's sponsor for Amsoil (the oldest synthetic motor oil). No it is not a twelve step program. Anyway, this guy has had a couple of strokes, his wife died and he is "older". He needs help setting up at car shows and MOTORCYCLE events. He asked Bob to help him today. I have been trying to get hubby to get started on getting things ready to move, but the motorcycles win. He was up and out of bed and off to the motorcycle get together a few towns away with this old guy. Here I am eating my granola all alone, listening to the church service on the radio and loading up more of my sister's things. Good morning, MyLot.

Boys will be boys and men will be men. I guess. Me, I am not into motorcycles, so I would have not helped and helped you instead. But maybe he really likes that stuff and maybe, just maybe, secretly, he don't like to pack.

I think we are having a hard time believing that this move is really real. The old guy he helped should not be driving, so hubby drove him home.

@GardenGerty Woe. Well, I guess I could understand that feeling. If I ever moved from here I know it would feel somewhat unreal. But I would be excited also.
