Okay, I waited here at home until hubby got home. He helped me move the things that are too big for me alone. So we took a fairly full load of large things to my sister. I have about four more totes to take to her as well as some small stuff. I will take her to Wal Mart to buy a chest of drawers tomorrow as it is her payday. I will take the extra stuff then. I washed two loads of clothes. I got maybe twenty minutes of a nap. After hubby and I took the large items to my sister we went to the store for the few items I needed. All that is left is to shower and get ready for bed.

We in India work here slightly differently. When we shifted to our new home we had engaged packers who packed and unpacked for us. This way the entire responsibility is on their shoulders.

My sister never had really unpacked from moving into my home, and was out of money for the month when it came time to move. I prefer to handle my own things and will be moving for about the next two months. Many people do hire moving companies.

@allknowing Going through all of my things is giving me a chance to reduce and get rid of the unnecessary. Thirty years worth.

Seems like you have done loads. You should be tired. I'm tired reading it.
