Re-introduction on here

So since some things have changed here (and I am late with this) some are saying we need to re-introduce ourselves.
Here goes. I am coming on my 68th birthday soon the 24th of this month. I have emphysema, arthritis, and a lot of stomach problems. Have had cancer 3 times, 2 breast cancers. Been married 5 times before I found a decent man and he died 
wouldn't you know. my luck. 5 grown kids now, 8 grandkids and 4 great grandkids.
I live with my oldest son in his house. Now and then my daughter lives here with her boyfriend till we can't stand him, then moves out a while. She is a jewel but won't give him up.
If I told you most interesting other things here about my life it would take 500 plus pages.

Of course I am the same sids from the earlier version of MyLot and then Facebook. The Casper pic - I did not change it either. It was there when I last visited MyLot and it remains here as of now. A new pic is being searched... and will be updated.
The only thing I changed is thebusysids - it read thesids, earlier. And why I changed it!! Well, long story, some friend here on newer MyLot believed that I was too busy to find time to respond to his discussions. He suggested. Then, a dear friend seconded too. So I thought I should make both of them happy

I do not remember introducing myself even earlier although we could put some info on our profile page. I must check to see if I have done that.

Survived three cancers... you are a winner in my book already!
I wouldn't mind reading 500 pages or even 1000 pages of your story! It sounds like you live and continue to live an interesting life!

Sounds like you have a lot on your plate. Children they can test us at time but we love them no matter what. I have two grown up children and they live 510klms away but I do visit them regularly.

I would read all 500 pages of your life and pour over every last word. To have went through all that and survive, you are a strong woman who deserves a salute! What an inspiration you are!
Well, I'm little stormy and I live in Tennessee with my 1 husband, 2 of my three grown children, 3 dogs, way too many cats, and I come from a close knit family. What that means is that we live close enough together to annoy the hell out of each other! I do have a wicked sense of humor and I'm not afraid to use it. I think that I got the sense of humor from several undiagnosed mental illnesses. . But what the heck!?
I enjoy long romantic walks to the refrigerator, candle lit baths because I'm close enough to water to burn candles without catching the place on fire, I like worrying about crap that I can't fix, I hate my toes and frogs. I love storms and I'm happiest when there is chocolate involved anywhere.
I'm old. . Real old ... but who cares? I'm past the point of caring. The world is falling apart and I am too.. one body part at a time. If it's not sagging, it's hurting, or has quit working. Getting old isn't for the faint of heart!

i sure hope i get to a point where i can feel the same way about things. as far as parts of my body its kind of in the air as to whats going next. glad to see you. thanks for the compliment and you sure are right. my oldest kids 50 and 51 yrs keep saying why did i not tell them. lol. been telling them what its like they just didn't listen. i hate my toes to. seems they have rock for nails. must be why they are called nails. ha! I like frogs tho. so cute.

Hi bunnybon..well i gave up after 3 so you have me beat and i live with my youngest son..have 5 kids..3 sons and 2 daughters..11 1/2 grands and 1 great..and will be 64 august 25th..

thats how my kids went also 3 sons 2 daughters. funny thing is that mine went boy, girl, boy, girl, boy, so if i had another likely it would be a girl, have been i mean lol.

Hiya Bon!
I am not sure if you can also remember me. I came from the city of Lapu-Lapu, Philippines where history says, Ferdinand Magellan, the Portugese explorer was killed by the Chieftain of the island, Lapu-Lapu. Remember the child Zyruz with Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) caused by his enlarged tonsils? He undergone operation to remove his two big tonsils. Now he's feeling great and now in third grade already.
