I dislike talking to customer service people who are off shore

Sometimes when something is not right I have to make a call and what do I get but someone who barely speaks English or has such a thick accent I have to keep asking them over and over " what did you say". Now before I buy something I ask is your customer service offshore and if they say yes I say" No Thanks" and I won't buy that particular brand.

I understand what you mean. Whenever something had gone wrong with out internet, we would ring to get some help and the majority of the time, we couldn't work out what was being said. It was pretty frustrating!

It is very difficult to understand some people with a heavy accent so I try to figure out myself what is wrong. @VivaLaDani13

Good idea to ask that..we need more local stuff instead of in a different county so if we need to call, we don't have to ask for help again ..I never thought of that in customer service but now i will!

I used to be with Sprint but when I would call their customer service I could not understand a word they said. I decided to go with another service but first I asked where was their customer service located. @rosekitty
