Who Mows the Lawn?

Our neighbor always mows part of our lawn. But he is buying it. Hubby does not mow, for various reasons. Looks like I am it. That is why I sit before you with grass sprinkles and dust all over me.
I cannot imagine what I am thinking, though. At our new house we will have four city lots to keep up with. I am in the market for a riding lawn mower.
Meanwhile, it is a beautiful day here and not too hot. I can do this.

I usually do it myself but lately I had to go to Doctor because of my knee pain and unable to do it anymore, but I could not take it anymore the yard was beginning to look like a jungle here! L.O.L. So I toughed it out with my arthritis and swollen little toe which looks like my big toe now! Ouch! But my husband did help me some before he went to work yesterday morning. I told him if we did not do it soon we would get a fine. He works all day and night, He goes to his job in the day and does work in garage when he gets home. He works on cars and I told him to slow down!!

If you can get cherry juice or sour cherries they are supposed to be good for arthritis. Yes, I have aches and pains and fibromyalgia but I am mowing.

@GardenGerty Thanks for the tips. This lady told me yesterday at the grocery store to try some capsules of fish oil like 2 at night with some lemon water before I go to sleep and it would help with the inflamation.

To me that sounds quite fair. Hubby works, I do not. I can mow in little bits and get it done.

Hubby always mowed the lawn, until we moved to where we are located now. He couldn't take the humidity, so he hired a lawn crew to do it.

For me it depends on the day, but I am serious that we will find a riding mower to buy at some point. I will also be careful what I plant and where to make it easy.

@GardenGerty Yes, if you have a big yard, a riding lawn mower is the way to go.
