I understand you can use coconut oil and put a teaspoon in your mouth and swish it lightly around for 20 minutes and it will help dental problems, headaches and any number of other ailments. It is said you can use any type of oil but I would think coconut oil would be the best unless you are allergic to it. It is said to be an age old remedy for what ails you. As of yet I haven't tried it as I just heard about it today. Has anyone here heard of it or tried it and how has it affected you if so.

Hi, @Marcyaz! I have been oil pulling for I think 2 years now and I'm very satisfied with the results. I can no longer live a normal life without oil pulling. It's like a daily routine of brushing my teeth 3x a day. Have you already tried it? I use virgin coconut oil and sometimes olive oil.

Well that is good that you are reminded and now just on to find your coconut oil then you will be all set and you will only need a teaspoon if you can find one. :)

I've heard of it and even tried it from time to time, but after a few days I get lazy, so I've never really given it a chance to help. One day I'll try it more seriously.
