Pancake tastes like Dosa of South India

Hi Mylot friends, First time I have tasted "Pancakes" in Holiday day in express htel at New York city. The hotel is offering complimentary breakfast in the morning from 6.00 Am to 10.00 Am. First time I have tasted pancakes with tomota sauce. The pancakes looks like small Dosa of South India the taste also like dosa I have consumed 4 pancakes on that day.

Did you mean tomota or tomato? I can't seem to find anything on tomota sauce. Tomato sauce on pancakes is a new one on me. Must be a New York thing.
