My head is stuffy tonight

I was petsitting for most of the weekend, which was in air conditioning. Today has been very humid and hot. I have since come home, and on my drive home my head just started filling up. I think something is blooming and now causing the headache, runny noise, and sneezing. I took an allergy med but it doesn't seem to be helping any. I am heading to bed now, after just laying outside last night.

I have sinus problems and allergy problems. One thing I've found that helps me a lot is a saline rinse. As I don't have the coordination to use a neti pot, I use a squeeze bottle (made by NeilMed) and gently shoot salt water up both nostrils to rinse my sinuses. It helps considerably.

I should try that! Normally I don't have that much of an issue with it. I take a couple allergy pills and I am fine. But today i had a massive headache, and my asmthma flared up.
