Do you have a website of your own?

I have both a blog and a website. I haven't written there in a long time.. Actually I haven't written much in the last two years and I hope to get back into the swing of writing once again. I need to get back to some serious writing sooner than later. I focus on self improvement in both my blog and my website. Do you have a blog or website of your own? what do you focus on? How regularly do you write?

I did, until last year. I owned 3 chat sites. But I gave them up after 14 years, to enjoy more time with hubby.

@sofssu Well, when I got my 1st computer, I discovered chat. Made some friends, and one of the guys I chatted with, decided he would like to open his own chat site and asked me to go into it with him. So I did, then after 2 years, he wanted out. So I took it over and built 2 more afterwards. Oh I made some money, not rich mind ya.. But it got to be more of a headache then it was worth. Simply too much whining and complaining for me. And it cut into my time with hubby, although he supported me.

@TexanTornado That's interesting.. I wold have never thought of it. How did you get into this? did you make any money off it or was it just fun again ?

I tried to open a blog many years ago, but I failed and never thought about opening a new one since. A website would be too much for me.

@/rappeter13 Starting one is easy but to keep it updated and ranking well takes a lot of effort.

@rappeter13 I am paying the bills regular to maintain the site.. the pandas and the penguins have ruined what little earnings came out of them. I am not even sure if one should start a site if they are not selling something.. Well then of course I am not the expert on the subject.

I have 13 blogs. I don't go to any of them any more. They all have different subjects. They used to earn a little money, now they earn a tiny amount. I should update them all.

@/Rollo1 OMG 13 is a huge number to maintain. I guess after the panda and the penguins most of us have stopped writing on our blogs.. is it the same with you? I need to start working on my sites again.. writing here is just to motivate myself to get going.

Always wanted to have a blog of my own but I never got around doing it. I wanted to have a website of my own but it will be an online shop most likely. Perhaps, you can write about your blog here in the site?

@/allen0187 Why not? Start the blog it costs nothing? Just some hard work to keep it keep it updated. I have linked my website to my profile here I guess or is it there on Bubblews I'm not sure.

I don't have my own blog, but I have been active on Hubpages and also Persona Paper. My focus is on teaching and language related items.

@pauliek I have been on Hubpages for years.. never really considered it as my blog or website.. I guess I should look you up there..Language and teaching is a very interesting subject.

I don't have a website. I used to have a blog, but I closed it. Now I use Bubblews/Persona Paper as my "blog". I don't really use either of those sites often though. I just make a post every once in a while.

I do have a blog where I am writing about my adventures in the print-on-demand world (Zazzle, Cafepress, and so on). What designs I am selling and I am testing new sites.
